GYM TOTS

Adulted assisted sessions are aimed at toddlers and adults. These sessions explore the beginning of structured classes. These classes are part led by our qualified coaches and then assisted by parents.

The session begins with a structured warm up for both adult and toddler to take part in. Working with hand apparatus, song and listening skills.
Structured circuits will be set up around the gym for gymnasts and adults to spend time exploring and learning on the gymnastics equipment.
The session will then conclude with a structured cool down and goodbye activity.

Gym Tots sessions are ideal for introducing your toddler to gymnastics as well as increased social interaction.

Please note: your toddler must be always supervised by yourself or another adult.
Coaches are at hand to help where needed but we encourage all adults to be involved within the session.
